All items are sent first class within the UK and should be with you in 1-2 days after dispatch. We try our best to get your purchase dispatched on the day of the order. However, some items are made to order and may be dispatched the next working day. We will do our best to get your purchases with you as soon as we can!

Deliveries within Europe should take 4-5 days and Rest of World should take 5-7 days to arrive.

In the case of larger orders such as wholesale orders or made-to-order Wedding products, please be aware that it may take 1-2 weeks to create your cards to order.

Larger orders may be sent via a courier and a tracking number will be provided.

Returns:

We hope you'll be over the moon with your handmade products from Ruby Wren Designs, however, if you aren't completely satisfied, you may return your unopened, unused greeting card within 28 days.

Unless items are faulty, the return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

For Wedding Cards and Personalised Cards, you are unable to return these due to the bespoke nature of the items.
